May TWO-FOUR!!!!

Hello All :)

It was a great long weekend!!! We left Friday afternoon and drove with our youth group to Waterloo, Ontario to overflow youth convention- which was really AMAZING!!! I was able to be a part of the friday service for about 30 mins... but had to leave because Benjamin was flipping out. I think the noise bothered him when we sat on the floor section at the arena... I stayed back with him all day saturday to make sure that he was ok (he was pulling at his ears friday night and saturday morning)... but after I made sure he was ok we decided to try the service on Sunday morning, but this time from the stands, not from floor seats... MUCH BETTER!!! He slept for most of the worship portion of the service and most of the speaking!!! But he didn't fuss whatsoever- so I was really glad that I went on Sunday morning!!! It was a great weekend.... and although I only made it to a small portion of the weekend, I was able to hang out with some of the girls Saturday during the breaktime and at other parts of the weekend one-on-one and I was so glad to get to know some of the youth better and bond with them!!!

Monday was a great day to sleep in. I think that even Benjamin was in need of a few extra zzzz's so we were able to sleep from 10pm-9am :) We were all soooo zonked!!! After we got up and ate our breakfast together... we cleaned our house and headed into Windsor for Ben's second photo shoot. Unfortunately the photographer's computer had crashed moments before we arrived, so she gave us a discount on his passport photo and is giving us the advertised package for free at our "make-up appointment" :) Yay for us!!!!!

After we did some shopping in Windsor to kill some time, we had a late lunch at the new Casey's on Walker road :) (Really funny story goes along with this...hahhahaha). But it was suuuuuch a great time :) A really relaxing day and a nice time to just end the long weekend with the loves of my life!!!

We came home to clean a bit more... and to spend the evening relaxing as a happy family of three!!! We called our parents and were even able to chat via webcam with Nana and Papa!!! Now we are just getting ready to watch the season premiere of the Bachelorette!!! (I'm working on Nathan to enjoy this show as much as I do!!! Hahahaha).

Tomorrow Benjamin and I are heading into Windsor again to take a nice riverfront walk with Aunty Amber!!! Looking forward to that!!! Always a good time with this lovely lady!!! :)

Here are just a few pictures for ya'll:

The new car seat bug netting that Nate and I bought for Ben's car seat. Its to help keep sun and bugs out!!! Its sooooo cute!!! I am so excited to go for a walk with Ben tomorrow just so I can use it for the first time!!!

Another view of the car seat bug and sun cover :)

Our little jumping bean bouncing away in his bumper jumper!!

He was more interested in grabbing at the toys than he was jumping at first :)

And... he kinda liked swinging a lot at first too!!!
"[Ben, Ben, Ben] of the jungle... watch out for that tree!!!"
Hahahahahhhahahah
Hope you all had a relaxing and fun weekend as well!!! Let us know how yours went!!

I love the net. That will keep the bugs off the SWEETEST little boy that ever lived. I love the pictures of Ben in his swing, and I really loved seeing him in it - even if it had to be on webcam.
I Love You
